shadow 2021 photo entry

taken on a 200d, f5.6 1/125 iso800 @ 135mm, low light, 3:2 aspect.
tweaked levels + slight noise reduction.

the title is based on my friend saturn seven's beautiful analysis:

"The feather in the water. To me, it shows some dichotomy. It poses some questions.
Potential vs. actuality. We see the feather, stuck on the surface of the water.
We know the fate of this feather, to deteriorate and eventually sink.
But we also see the reflection of the sky and we ask, what is the fate of the bird?
It has left some piece of itself here. Where has it gone?
Has the bird flown off and on to a better place?
The feather, though it is elegant, is forgotten, dead, doomed to sink.
But it reminds us of the bird, which is perhaps alive, well, flying in the clouds,
moving forward, feeling the essence of life.
The feather vs bird.
The water vs the reflected sky."
